The Policy

APPOINTMENTS.

All appointments will be scheduled through the online booking system, with the exception of Extension Installation appointments, which can be started via the Extension Application.

New Extension Installation appointments must receive an in-person consultation before booking. 50-60% of the package is due to book the appointment, and it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Excessive matting and tangling will incur additional charges. Extension Installations left unkept will be removed, and future services will be denied.

An incorrectly booked appointment will not be honored. Please book the correct appointment or email me with questions.

CANCELLATIONS.

Appointments cancelled 48 hours before the service will be refunded full deposit in the original form of payment. Appointments not cancelled before 48 hours will not receive a deposit refund. All cancellations must be made through the online booking system.

PUNCTUALITY.

If you are expecting to be more than 15 minutes late, I cannot guarantee that your booked service will be provided. A missed appointment due to tardiness will forfeit the appointment deposit.
